Description

This screen is available for Horizon Europe (HORIZON) and Digital Europe (DIGITAL) Joint Undertakings projects.

During the Grant Agreement Preparation life cycle, once the grant enters into force, there might be changes in the JU Contributors and their contributions, such as:

  • change of the amount of the JU contribution
  • add new JU Contributor
  • change of the Legal Name of the contributor in the Participant Register
  • or change of the JU Membership (if the contributor is a JU member or not)

Another important change of a JU Contributor is UTRO (Universal Transfer of Rights and Obligations to another entity), e.g., company merger; UTRO might also affect the eligibility of an exchange. However, UTROs and any other change of a JU Contributor in the Participant Register (PDM) is NOT automatically applied; you have to manually add the new UTRO legal entity in the list of JU Contributors.

These changes will trigger the setting of amendment type 21 - Change of Annex 1. For more information about these articles, please consult the Annotated Grant Agreement.

Edit JU Contributions

One of the obligations of the JU members is to (financially) contribute to JUs. This screen offers the possibility to encode given contributions. These forms of contribution can be financial or in-kind, namely:

  • IKOP (in-kind on operational activities) & non-EU part of IKOP (for the in-kind that member incurred outside of EU)
  • financial contribution
  • IKAA (in-kind on additional activities)

Note: Not all JUs will use all budget categories. This view is managed through hide budget category program feature.

Once you have finished adding/modifying the JU Contributors screen, click on button to save all your changes.
