Improvements

• In the PCM Register tab of the Manage my area menu, addition of the new filter Working groups:

This filter is dynamic, this means that it is deactivated by default if a Configuration having no Working groups is being checked. It should be shown if no Configuration is being checked or when a Configuration having the Working groups is being checked. Also, the PCM Register search screen from now on allows you to select multiple roles and/or multiple configurations to filter the retrieved PCM roles. It is possible to select multiple working groups too. Finally, a modification has been made in the downloadable Excel file, so that the last name is in column A and the first name in column B.

• Addition of translations to the Get started button and the new MFF programme landing pages.

Bug fixes

• In the Partner search announcements, from now on it is only possible to download the Excel file if you are logged in. If you are not logged in and try to download the Excel file, you will be redirected to the EU Login page. Also, fix of the Excel file so it contains all the results and not only the ones from the first page.

SEDIA V7.5.5 is scheduled for release on 13 March 2023, in order to introduce the following item:

• In the PCM Register tab of the Manage my area menu, in the Configuration filter, removal of the 13. Fission and 14. Fusion options for the Associated Countries (except Ukraine) and EFTA Countries. This concerns the Correspondent, AGM Correspondent and Observer roles. The previous existing data has been updapted accordingly.

This version introduces the new tab PCM Register in the Manage my area menu and the PCM tab in the My Person Profile section. These tabs, only visible to the relevant users, are dedicated to the management of the Programme Commitee Members (PCM).

The My Person Profile section has been enhanced with changes to the Documents tab. You can upload your recommendation letter under this tab. To do so, click on the Choose PDF button, add a title in the Description box and then click on the Upload button.
