Data Protection: Who can see my profile

To access which institutions or bodies can see your profile, proceed as follows:

1. From the Dashboard, click on Data Protection,

    

    Or within the CV page, scroll down to the Who can see my profile section and click on the pencil button to edit it.

    

2. Check or uncheck the box(es) beside each of the option(s) to indicate for which institutions/bodies you want your profile to be available. Eu institutions and bodies is checked automatically and cannot be unchecked.
   
   

3. The box to agree working for all programmes and sub-programmes managed by those institutions/bodies is automatically checked. Click the Save & Close button.
4. If you untick the agreement checkbox, your CV will not be visible to any institution/body. Should be that the case, untick the agreement checkbox and click on Confirm.

All institutions will be automatically unchecked. You can return to the Who can see my profile section, either from the Modify CV page via the pencil button, or from the Dashboard and clicking on Data Protection, and modify your selection at any time.

After saving your options, you go back to the Modify CV page.
